Today I got up a little early to get a head start on work and enjoyed the nice hotel in Memphis. Then we headed downtown to check out Beale street and grab some lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe. My impression of Memphis was much better today. Beale street was awesome even at 2pm on a Thursday, well done Memphis.

We took our time on the way home. We stopped in Birmingham for dinner and to pick up the next book in the A Song of Ice and Fire series, A Feast for Crows. This series is fucking awesome, check it out if you haven’t already! By the way, that’s the book series A Game of Thrones is based on for you dumbasses that don’t read ;)

I had some fun on the way home working with Lee Tengum on some cool shit and now we’re home. It’s been a great trip, sad it’s over but now it’s just time to plan the next adventure. I’m excited to finally get a good night’s sleep in my own bed. Take it easy and I’ll see you people late tomorrow morning.
